After slacking off for about 8 years now since secondary school, I haven't been doing any real exercise.
We used to cycle for more than 5km daily, going to Sea Rescue training every weekend, playing basketball on non-tuition weekdays and weekends, and also playing badminton/table tennis almost everyday.
I doubt if I still can swim for more than 400 metres now.
