Wong Kok

We put the money on the tray and he took it back.

The next thing we knew, he took exactly the same tray back to us and went away.

Heh, free meal!
Nah, we are not that evil.

Past few days

Went to Semenyih for dinner with dear's family and relatives. It's crazy to go far for dinner but oh well, if the food is good, guess nobody cares. The tofu is exactly the same like we had in Queen's park. And the curry fishhead is a bit too spicy, although it's not that spicy looking, but their servings is huge! Maybe we can finish it after her smaller siblings grow up.

I guess maybe it's the way her auntie drive or something else, I lost a bit of my appetite to eat. Or maybe we went to high up and suddenly suffer a lost of altitude. Or maybe we have been on the road for too long. Or maybe it was because of the minor disagreement in car. Or maybe because there were too many turns...

Anyway, surely the new car sure feels different. I could have fallen asleep if the trip was longer somehow. We saw a nasty accident on the way there, hopefully there was not much traffic then, if not, we could have been caught in a massive congestion...

On the next day, I drove all the way up to Batang Berjuntai for a small project there. First I was planning to take the coastal road (Sg Buloh - Kuala Selangor), but they recommended using the highway. For a few years now I haven't been using the highway, didn't know now there's a new exit, Bukit Tagar.

So I took that, and in the end, guess what? Bukit Tagar is the dumpsite for all our household waste! I had follow some really big ass dump truck and the smell of the air is just superb! Hopefully the dumpsite turn off is just a short distance from the exit of the highway.

Oh well, I went there again on the second day.

On my way back, I have to go to TPM to collect something from our customer, and I took the Tun Razak way, and guess I turned off a bit too early, took the turn in to Kuchai Lama, then took the turn to Pusat Bandaraya, then took the turn in NPE, and took the turn back to Bangsar, and then I went another round using Tun Razak way, then I turned into the KL Putrajaya highway, and then finally, arrived at TPM. A big trip in south of KL.

On the next day, I went to Midvalley for a meeting. Saw one of my college friend working at the company but I was not sure, until much later.

Oh well, I have to work now, been typing this since 10 am just now, then work a bit, then continue typing, then work a bit. See you peeps!

Crystal Skull

Cate Blanchett is a pure Russian if you asked me.

Apart from that, I don't see Harrison Ford get old.

Botox perhaps.

That antibiotic pill is freaking huge!

I'm sure I haven't seen any pills as big as that Curam thinggy before. It was individually wrapped in foil paper instead of coming in a jar or bottle.

Alright, I think the cat passed the flu virus to me, or... wait, is it the dog?

Curry rice...

Last time I could get curry gravy with fried chicken in my secondary school for just 1 bucks!

Then we moved on to college and the only source of curry rice in Fatimah restaurant, which in the end have to make way for another shop because their squid is too expensive.

Then we moved on to Kepong and there's no curry rice in sight. So we stopped eating curry rice for about 2 years then until my dear brought me to U-Village for their curry chicken rice. It is the best I've tasted so far (apart from dear's mom superb curry chicken - if I wasn't having flu, I could have finished up the whole pot of chicken with the gravy)

Occasionally we do go the lucky garden's fish head curry, which will usually cost around 10 bucks per head for one big obscene fish head, fried chicken drumstick, and one squid, and one vege, not that bad isn't it? But there's one time we barely have enough cash to pay for it, and nearly have to help them to wash plates there as part time job.

Feeding the cats

Once in while I have to take over the job of feeding the cats when the owner is not around.

So there was this time when only 2 cats were around, the veteran white cat and the younger brown cat. The brown cat is afraid of human but the white cat can handle it very pro. And right after feeding themselves on 3 handful of cat food, the white cat decided it's no more for him and come scrubbing its fur on my feet. The purring sound is really heavy now. So I petted him. Then he lie down on the cement and I tickled his belly. Out of the sudden, he caught my hand with his paws and bit on it. Craps. I must be tickling too close to his private parts.. teeheehee.

And so, there was one time when there were 4 cats around. The veteran white cat, 2 of the younger brown cats, and one mixed coloured cat. All of them are afraid of human except the white cat. So I put the food into the designated round bowl for the white cat, and the square bowl for the rest of them. I sat on the couch and look at them, they just refused to eat their food until I appear out of sight. So in the end, the while cat finished up 2 bowls of food and drank a bit of water, and went to sleep almost right after that.

He told me the name of the cats before but I can't remember.

Next, the tale of the black dog.

Narnia is boring!

The fighting scenes somehow remind me of the LOTR.

I mean, the whole plot, you could have guessed it all along from the beginning. The good guy wins and the bad guys all die. The not so bad general survived and live til the end. Even towards the ending, where the lion Aslan roared at the river, somehow resemble the LOTR scene where Arwen crossed the river with the Nazguls in hot pursuit.

Have they run out of ideas?

They tried to put in some funny elements with reference to animals and dwarf but I don't find it funny even a bit. Maybe I need a different kind of humour after all.

Can't wait for Indiana Jones.

Innocence

Cat and dog playing with one another. Guess they don't know one another really well yet.

Change

One sure way to survive is to adapt to changes as soon as we can.

Dinosaurs which roamed the same ground which we are stepping on now, are now extinct.

But with the rate of pollution and capitalism is taking over our world, even Charles Darwin might be obsolete one day.

Do you believe in destiny?

What would you have done if you know what's going to happen in the future?

Maybe I'm going to suffer the same fate as all previous generations in my family, maybe not. Something surely is wrong when the metabolism is so high. As with all living things, the harder one work, the faster they will get tired. Even overworked cells will die and be replaced sooner until no new cells are being produced anymore.

Normal people at my age will have a pulse rate of around 60 - 80 bpm, mine is around 90 bpm without doing any activity. Guess that's the one which is helping me to digest food faster than most of the people there, and probably that's the reason it will be difficult to feel cold (unless I'm sick).

Even on normal days, I'll be sweating until my clothes are soaked. Well, apart from that, I just need to drink a lot of water.

Well, back to cleaning my room now.

No matter what happens, life goes on. :D

Bloated stomach

We ordered so much food during our extra-ordinary lunch today and it is really unexpected that we can finish up all the food!

It must be a hey-day for all the bacteria in my stomach.

They are going for yum cha at 24hr A&W PJ today. It's just way too far from my place.

I need to stockpile up all the food again (Just in case of a crisis)

Should I put up a wall rack in my room?

New iDC

We are shifting over to NTT iDC in CBJ!

The guards there are real friendly. They even remembered the company name!

I'm going to take a long leave

Shall see you guys soon when I'm back.

Sweated a river

The weather is a bit hot nowadays, don't you think so?

A short walk from Sg. Wang entrance to the Maybank at the corner, go in through BB Plaza entrace and walk to Low Yat through the parking lots, my t-shirt is all wet.

On the other hand, went up to 4th floor where TEC Asia is located, there was this shop right opposite the escalator going up, employed a security guard to stop anyone going in to their shop with their bags. They pointed me somewhere but I don't know what they are mumbling. Craps, not like they are selling diamonds or some gold bars, do they really need to get a security guard?

I have to admit we ordered too much food in U-Village my darling.

How do you keep yourself awake during office hour?

As for me, here's what I'll do:

- Plug in the earphone and blast the music away.
- View funny videos on break.com or youtube.
- Listen to soccer commentary.
- Wash my face in the washroom
- Take the lift to the ground floor and up again.
- Talk to colleagues

If all else fails, I'll just drink some heavy dose of Nescafe.

What is the worst job in the world?

Low pay does not belong to the worst job because you get to keep the job as long as you like and the company does not get rid of you because you're the highest valued asset the company can have. (low pay but productive)

Long working hours does not belong to the worst job because the company likes hardworking workers. They won't get rid of you because it's difficult to find workers who can work up to 10 pm single day without failing. As long as you are productive, your job is far more than secured.

Worst job in the world belongs to a type of job that is highly overpaid and yet the effort does not reflects it. Unless JobStreet salary survey is lying, I guess my job life span is really short.

Now let me thihk.. What's May 1st again?
