Food that I like!

i) Sang Har noodle at ninth brothers restaurant in Pandan Indah. The gravy that comes with it, and the big prawn, yum yum. I don't mind eating this everyday if I have the budget for it.

ii) Otak otak at Nyonya Colors, even though the portion is bit small, the taste is as authentic as the ones I had when I was in primary school.

iii) Everything at La Risata in Ampang. Surely they can conjure up some kind of spell with their food. That's the only place where I can finish up a pizza by myself.

Good workers

The best type of employees that every organization would need are:

i) Those who can work overtime to get job done, without complaining and without any expectations. We have to be very clear about this, there are people who can work overtime without getting job done, these are real slackers that should be purged from the organization as soon as possible. If they can finish their job well and finish it early, that's a good sign.

ii) Those who can command other people to get the job done. Not everyone will behave independently all the time, there are times when they will need a little push from the back, there are times when they will require some motivation, there are times they will be required in another section, ultimately, there is someone who will oversee all these and make sure no details are missed. These people can drive a group of people to work together to achieve a designated goal.

Some experience

In order to keep customers happy and keeping them loyal to us, we must understand the concept of total customer experience. Whatever customer do, the customer is always right. Even if the customer is obviously wrong, we should not say like "No, that's wrong", instead, it should be put as "I could think of a better idea, why not we...". To keep customer happy is easy,

Working as a team leader is very easy. To become a good team leader is hard. We have to motivate our team members so they will be performing all the time. We should encourage the team member to work harder and also smarter. We should let them learn as much as possible while wasting as little time as possible. We need to identify where is their weakness and also how to overcome it. We need to observe the strongest skillset that the member has and how to utilize them. We will need to promote teamwork and bonding between members. We have to find out what's causing them to underperform and finding out the problem within. We have to make them help each other in their quest for knowledge and personal growth. Teamwork is good but we should also recognize individual effort.
